I am an HR professional with over 22 years of diversified experience in HR consulting, training, assessment, and banking. My work focuses on helping organizations and professionals align people strategies with business goals through practical, evidence-based HR solutions.
I specialize in Total Rewards, Organizational Development, Talent Management, and Performance Management. Over the years, I have designed and implemented HR systems, led assessment centers, and developed multi-year training and career development programs.
I also coach professionals to achieve career growth, navigate workplace challenges, and transition into new career paths that align with their strengths and aspirations.
As an HRCI Ambassador and a founding member of the Society for People Analytics in the Middle East,
